Gainer Meal Plan

This meal plan was specificly designed for Darwin's male body building community.
Some of Darwin best bodybuilders have worked closely with our kitchen to come up with this plan which consist of:


Protein
(Chicken Breast, Rump Steak, Fish: 200g in weight)


Carbohydrate
Starch: 250g in weight
(Brown basmati, Quinoa Basmati mix, Wild rice basmati mix)

Green fibrous Vegetable: 120g in weight
(Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Green beans)


This meal is for in season athletes before competition.
